In order to process your property details request for MLS® System listing placement, please fill out listing property details form below, then deliver or mail us a cheque for $523.95 tax in to: TRG Downtown Realty, 849 Homer St, Vancouver, BC, V6B 2W2. Upon property details submission, we'll email you within 24 hours Flat Fee Listing Package PDF file containing MLS® contract and forms for you to fill out and sign .

Photos for Your MLS property

After you have provided us signed MLS contract with forms, you may submit here up to 10 photos for MLS gateways Realtor.ca and Realtylink.org and up to 30 pictures for eRealtyBC.com site.

All pictures must be numbered 1 through 10 or 30 in proper sequence, as you wish them to appear on the MLS websites.

Please email your JPG images together with the address or MLS # for your property in the email subject line:

MLS® Listing Support Service

All listing changes will be processed 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday except statutory holidays and long weekends. Upon receipt of your request to ammend MLS listing we'll forward you industry standart ammendment form for signatures.

Email or fax us your signed ammedment form and we will immediately forward it to the local Real Estate Board for processing.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for changes to take effect on Realtor MLS database and up to 36 hours on Public MLS gateways Realtor.ca, Realtylink.org and eRealtyBC.com site.

We offer listing support 5 days a week, Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00 (Support Centre is closed Saturday, Sunday and all Holidays).

All listing changes must be submitted through our website or email. We will not accept verbal request changes. For any contract of purchase and offer related matters our listing clients can call us directly after hours any day of the week. All listing buyer leads will be forwarded to our listing clients as they received.
